I've been looking forward to this release for a while.
Respire's previous album, Gravity and Grace is highly recommended, but the cello/viola parts weren't significant enough for me to post it here. With this new album, however, Respire has incorporated a violinist/violist into their main lineup.

Heidi Moore from fellow Texas "crust with strings" band Ecocide has been added to the lineup as a vocalist (replacing Sam Pruitt). Also looks like both the cellist and upright bass player have left the band and a violist was added for this release.

Ü is a band as difficult to classify as they are to search for on Google. Really interesting stuff. They incorporate viola and accordion into a few songs on this album.

This might be more crust-adjacent than actual crust, but with it being made up of ex-Mind Pollution members, I figured it should be posted. It's like an even more slowed down version of Mind Pollution with more frequent clean vocals.

Machine Gun Congress was a melodic crust band with dual female/male vocals from Portland that broke up in 2009. Members of A//political, Wake Up On Fire, Nux Vomica, Dawn Treader, Coin In The Coffer, Adelit@s, Old City, Rohit, Wretched of the Earth, and Squalora
The female vocals on this are a bit strange but I really like them (they almost sound like they're sped up, and are much different than on their demo).
Only the track "Taming" includes viola. The guest violist is Myles of Myles of Destruction/Disemballerina. This 7" was never released on vinyl, but the unmastered tracks were put up for download by the label Tomorrow Belongs To Us
